Guarantee

We guarantee our plants to be in good condition and properly named to the best of our ability. All claims regarding shortages, damaged plants, etc. must be made within seven days of receipt of shipment. We are not responsible for over wintering losses, lack of water, or plants lost due to causes beyond our control. We are unable to assume any warranty as to productivity or life after transplanting. Liability is limited to the cost of the plants. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return plants with the original labels and we will refund the cost of the plants or provide new plants. Prices are subject to change.
